Fulfillment process

1. Your paid order is received
2. You will receive an order confirmation email.
3. The processing period is 3-5 business days. This allows us to receive the hair from our vendors and inspect each bundle ensuring it meets our quality standards.
4. Once the processing period ends you will receive an order fulfillment email that will also contain your tracking number.
5. Expect to receive your order within the time allowed according to the shipping option you choose.

Return Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Due to the nature of our product (hair extensions) it is unlawful to resell used hair so unfortunately we cannot accept any hair products that are not in its original package or that have been opened or worn.
If you received an incorrect item in your order please email us within 24hrs of receipt of your package and we will advise you on how to proceed.

If you have place an order but would like to cancel it, there will be a $25 restocking fee associated with your cancellation. Cancellations are only accepted within 24hrs of purchase date.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will NOT receive a refund nor will your items be replaced.

Fraud Policy:

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card or PayPal account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping of your order and a representative will contact you promptly after your order has been placed.
