REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

Due to the nature of our product (hair extensions, wigs) it is unlawful to resell used hair so unfortunately we cannot accept any returns hair products that are not in its original package or that have been opened or worn. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

(Exception) Exchanges are ONLY  accepted when you have received the wrong items. Items must be in its original package unused, including brushing combing or styling of the product. Exchange or refund will be granted at the discretion of I Love Luxe. 

***Please make sure that you read the details of the product in its entirety before placing an order, due to the no exchange or refund policy. We encourage you to fully understand what you are ordering before you proceed to checkout. Order cancellations are only accepted within 24hrs of purchase date. If you are having issues cancelling your order please contact us at info@iloveluxe.com and we will assist you.

Lost/Stolen Packages:

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will NOT receive a refund nor will your items be replaced.

Fraud Policy:

We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and/or theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, your order will be placed under our Fraud Verification Process to verify the validity of your credit card or PayPal account, before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, then this may delay the shipping or cause the cancellation of your order.
