SHIPPING POLICY

FULFILLMENT

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our headquarters in Baton Rouge, La. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days with the exclusion of major sales and holidays. During holidays processing is 3-5 business days. Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has left our warehouse no changes my be made.

SHIPPING

Shipping is provided through USPS. All items that weigh less than 1lb will be shipped through First Class mail (3-5 days) unless Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) is selected at checkout. Orders that include items that weigh more than 1lb will automatically be sent through Priority Mail. Orders that include hair or wigs will automatically require a signature release. Once your order has been processed tracking will be updated to the email on file used during checkout.

It is imperative that you thoroughly review all billing and shipping information before placing your order. If inaccurate or incomplete information is provided your package may be delayed.

TRACKING ORDERS

You will receive an email once your order has been processed. Once your items have shipped, you will then receive a second email that will include a USPS tracking number. If you are having issues with your tracking please contact your local Post office first to remedy the situation. If you need any additional assistance please email us at info@iloveluxe.com.  I Love Luxe is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. If you are having trouble cancelling your order within the allotted time frame please immediately email us at info@iloveluxe.com and we will assist you.
