FULFILLMENT
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our headquarters in Baton Rouge, La. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday.
How the process works
Extensions:
1. Your paid order is received
2. You will receive an order confirmation email.
3. The processing period is 3-7 business days. This allows us to receive the hair from our vendors and inspect each bundle ensuring it meets our quality standards.
4. Once the processing period ends you will receive an order fulfillment email that will also contain your USPS tracking number.
5. Expect to receive your order within the time allowed according to the shipping option you choose. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur once the carrier has received your package.
6. Rush orders are not accepted at the moment.
Ready To Ship Wigs:
All ready to ship wigs will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Local pickup is available after payment has been fully processed. If you choose this option at checkout you will be contacted by a representative that will provide you with exact pickup date and time.
Other Products:
For all other items that are not extensions listed as in stock will be shipped once payment is confirmed, usually 24-48hrs.

SHIPPING
Shipping is provided through USPS. All items that weigh less than 1lb will be shipped through First Class mail (1-5 days) unless Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) is selected at checkout. Orders that include items that weigh more than 1lb will automatically be sent through Priority Mail. Orders that include hair or wigs will automatically require a signature release. Once your order has been processed tracking will be updated to the email on file used during checkout. Please be reminded that Priority shipping may be accepted for any order but processing times must be taken into account which will extend the overall time it takes to receive your order.
It is imperative that you thoroughly review all billing and shipping information before placing your order. If inaccurate or incomplete information is provided your package may be delayed. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information being entered when purchases from this site. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from I Love Luxe, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
TRACKING ORDERS
You will receive an email once your order has been processed. Once your items have shipped, you will then receive a second email that will include a USPS tracking number. If you are having issues with your tracking please contact your local Post office first to remedy the situation. I Love Luxe does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. I Love Luxe is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. If you are having trouble cancelling your order within the allotted time frame (24hrs) please immediately email us at info@iloveluxe.com and we will assist you.
